Service Description

This Program offers a pioneering approach to bring mindfulness into the domain of parenting and the lives of stressed families, for the benefit of both the children and the parents. This Program is both profoundly practical and, at the same time, potentially transformative and healing. This Mindful Parenting program can help parents in the following ways: - Respond less reactively to parenting stress. - Take better care of themselves. - Develop more empathy and compassion for themselves and for their child. - Tolerate difficult emotions in themselves and their child. - Become more accepting of themselves and their child. - Recognize patterns from their own upbringing as they arise in the here and now relationship with their child. - Resolve conflict better with their child. - Develop a stronger bond with their child. - Fully Experience both the joys and difficulties of parenting - Relate differently to parental suffering: while not all problems will change, parents attitudes towards these problems may.
